The Talos platform
Every source, one record
Talos is the intelligence platform our own analysts work in every day. It fuses public records, commercial data, monitoring and your own research into a single record for each person, organization and event. Every fact is reviewed before it is accepted, and every fact keeps its source.
Fusion, not a dashboard
Not another map of pins
Most OSINT tools show you a feed or a map and leave the analysis to you. Talos is built around the record: what you know about a person, organization or event, where each piece came from, and how it connects to everything else.
One record per entity
Results from every source resolve to the same person or organization. Duplicates are merged, and corroborating sources strengthen a fact rather than repeat it.
Suggestions, not overwrites
Nothing a provider returns changes a record on its own. Each result arrives as a suggestion that an analyst accepts or rejects, field by field.
Every fact with its source
An accepted fact keeps where it came from, and each source carries an Admiralty reliability rating. Findings are quick to gather and easy to defend.
Connections you can test
See how people and organizations connect, ask who links two or more of them, and confirm or dismiss the connections Talos suggests.
Use cases
One platform, different work
Investigations & OSINTBuild the case
Each matter is a project with its own people, organizations, documents, requirements and tasks. Run providers on a profile together and review what comes back.
- Corporate officers, SEC filings, legal entity identifiers, nonprofit returns, court records, aircraft registrations and state business registries
- Breach exposure for a person, with a weekly re-check
- WHOIS, DNS, certificate, IP and wallet lookups from the same place
- A confirmation step before any query goes to a provider rated as an operational-security risk
Fundraising & prospect researchScreen a donor file
Bring in a nonprofit's constituent lists, merge them to one row per person and group them into households. Screen the whole file against public records first, then spend only on the shortlist.
- Change-of-address and deceased checks before you screen
- A researcher confirms each piece of evidence before it counts
- Editable scoring, tiers, segments, gift pyramid and suggested asks
- Re-screen on demand and see what changed since last time
- Deliverables built for you: a screening workbook, CSVs for Raiser's Edge and Salesforce NPSP, and briefs on top prospects, with analysts anonymized if you prefer
Social & reputation monitoringWatch what is said about you
Collect from app store reviews, Reddit and X, plus your search positions and how AI answers describe you, on a schedule. Triage what arrives, escalate threats to people, and capture evidence with a trusted timestamp.
- Watch terms, coordination indicators, and takedown requests you can track
- A weekly digest and a monthly baseline report
- News keyword alerts and global event monitors by place, actor or theme, checked every fifteen minutes
- Watchlists on people and groups, with a daily or weekly email of what changed
Protective intelligencePut it on the map and in context
Events and incidents with a working lifecycle. A map with drawing tools, an MGRS grid, and layers for conflict, natural hazards, internet outages, flights, airports, infrastructure and census boundaries. Scheduled imports keep sanctions lists, conflict data, hazard alerts, cyber indicators and regulatory filings current, and each country has a reference page with its leaders, stability, economy and travel advisories.
Bring your own key
Your data, your contracts
We don't resell data, which is why Talos costs less than platforms that do. Public-record sources are built in. For commercial data, connect the subscriptions you already have and Talos queries them alongside everything else.
Built in
SEC, GLEIF, IRS Form 990, Form D and ADV filings, FAA aircraft registrations, state business registries, court records, census data, breach checks and rated news.
Bring your own
Connect your own keys for Apollo.io, ATTOM, Candid, Windfall, DonorSearch, Double the Donation, People Data Labs, Shodan, X and PACER, with more being added: people and company data, property records, philanthropy and wealth screening, internet exposure, social media and federal court filings.
Spend you control
Monthly spending limits per account and per project, and a cost confirmation before any paid lookup runs.
Need a source?
If you don't hold a subscription, ask us. Some sources can be licensed to your account through Knightsbridge.
Solo or team
Built for analysts
Independent analysts
A single seat with your own projects, providers and monitoring: the full platform for a researcher or consultant working alone.
Research teams
Shared projects, requirements and tasks, threaded discussion, end-to-end encrypted team chat, and time tracking against the work. Teams of up to 25, or more on an enterprise plan.
Your data, kept apart
Each organization works in its own account, with owner, admin, member and viewer roles, two-factor sign-in and passkeys.
Delivered to clients
Reports go to clients by link, with an optional password and a PDF copy. Translation of articles, sources and documents is built in.
Web clipper
Capture from the page you are reading
The Talos browser extension sends what you are looking at straight into the record it belongs to, for Chrome, Edge, Brave and Arc, Firefox, and Safari on the Mac.
Articles, pages and screenshots
Save a full article, the whole page, a selection, or a screenshot of the visible area, the full page or a region you drag out.
Attached to the right record
Search for the person, organization or requirement as you capture, or create it on the spot, and add a note for the team.
Tag what you select
Right-click selected text to mark it as a name, email, phone number, address or employer, and it arrives in Talos as a suggestion to review.
Only when you ask
The extension reads nothing until you click it, and sends only to your own Talos account.
